- Air ticket bookings and hotel reservations
- Group tour arrangements
- Visa consultancy and documentation assistance
- Relocation and settlement services
- Business setup and legal documentation (Indonesia, Europe, etc.)
Please note that while we strive to ensure accuracy and reliability in our offerings, certain services are subject to third-party providers, embassy regulations, and government policies which are beyond our control.
3. Booking and Payment
- All bookings are subject to availability.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice until full payment is made.
- A non-refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking.
- Full payment must be made within the timeline communicated to confirm the reservation.
- Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit/debit card, and cash (where applicable).
- Incomplete or delayed payments may result in cancellation of services without liability on our part.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
- Cancellations must be made in writing via email or official WhatsApp.
- Cancellation charges will apply based on the service type, third-party rules (airlines, hotels, embassies), and timing of cancellation.
- Refunds, if applicable, may take up to 30 working days to process.
- Visa application fees, service charges, and consultation fees are non-refundable.
- Refunds for airline tickets and hotel bookings are subject to the policy of respective carriers and accommodation providers.
5. Visa and Immigration Services
- IAKA Travels provides assistance in visa application, documentation, and guidance based on experience and embassy requirements.
- We do not guarantee visa approvals. Final decisions rest solely with the relevant embassies or immigration authorities.
- Clients are responsible for providing accurate and honest information. Any false or misleading documentation may lead to visa rejection and legal liability.
- We are not liable for any losses (financial or otherwise) resulting from visa denials or delays.
6. Relocation & Business Services
- Business setup, work permits, residence permits, and other relocation services are subject to host country laws and approval timelines.
- IAKA Travels facilitates these services through partnerships and local expertise but cannot be held liable for governmental delays or rejections.
- Clients must provide full disclosure of their intentions and background to ensure legal compliance.
7. Responsibilities of the Client
- Ensure all personal data and documents provided are true, complete, and updated.
- Comply with all instructions provided by IAKA Travels and relevant authorities.
- Maintain appropriate travel documents including valid passports, ID cards, and health certificates.
- Respect local laws and customs of the destination country.
8. Responsibilities of IAKA Travels
- Provide accurate, timely information regarding services.
- Assist clients to the best of our ability within the limits of the law.
- Protect client privacy and handle personal data responsibly in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of Liability
- IAKA Travels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use of our services.
- We are not liable for acts beyond our control including but not limited to: natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, visa rejections, pandemic-related restrictions, airline changes, or third-party errors.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on our website, marketing materials, and official communication including logos, text, photos, and designs is the property of IAKA Travels or licensed to us. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
11. Modifications
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated versions will be posted on our website, and your continued use of services constitutes your agreement to the latest version.
